FAQ

What do employees have to do?

Employees receive an access email, sign in with the same email address, and listen in the app at their own pace. There are no workshops, assignments, or scheduled sessions.

Can we reassign seats?

Draft email addresses can be corrected before purchase. Once a pass is activated, it is assigned to that person for the full 12-month term and cannot be reassigned.

What happens when someone leaves?

Their paid access continues until the current term ends. The pass cannot be transferred or ended early, but you can turn off automatic renewal.

How do we pay?

Passes are annual and billed for the full 12-month term. Purchases and renewals are grouped into a monthly organization invoice, with applicable VAT added.

Do people need a technical background?

No. The course starts from first principles and is designed for people who want to understand AI without needing to code.
